Chrome extension · Desktop only
See what a listing really costs, before you click through.
PlanBuild opens in the Chrome side panel alongside Rightmove and Zoopla. It pulls together a listing summary, build and refurb cost estimates, stamp duty, planning and site checks, and local crime data — so you're not juggling six tabs to research one property.
Runs in Chrome on desktop and laptop. Not available on iPad or mobile Chrome.
